I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Enisa. From the very beginning of the process all the way through closing, she was there for me every step of the way. Buying a new place can be overwhelming, especially when there are so many contracts, terms, deadlines, and decisions that you don't always understand, but she made the entire process feel so much easier because I always knew I had someone in my corner.I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and no matter how big or small the question was, she was always there to answer it and get back to me in a timely manner. What really stood out to me was that even when she was literally across the world, she was still available and making sure I had everything I needed. I never once felt like I was bothering her or that I was on my own trying to figure things out.She was also incredibly patient when it came to explaining things. If there was a contract, a term, or something that didn't make sense to me, she would take the time to walk me through it and make sure I actually understood what I was signing or agreeing to. She never made me feel embarrassed for asking questions, and I always felt comfortable being honest about what I did and didn't understand. That meant a lot to me, especially during a process where there can be so much unfamiliar information.The thing I appreciated most about her, though, was the way she gave me advice. She never made me feel like she was just trying to get me into a house or close a deal. She gave me advice and looked at things as if she were the one buying the property herself. She would point things out, give me her honest opinion, and help me think through decisions from a perspective that made me feel like she genuinely cared about making sure I was making the right choice for myself. I always felt that my best interest came first. There were so many moments throughout the process where I could have easily felt stressed or unsure of what to do next, but she was always there to guide me through it.She made me feel like I wasn't going through the process alone. I truly believe that having the right real estate agent can make a huge difference when buying a home, and I feel incredibly lucky that I had her by my side. I genuinely believe she is one of the best real estate agents you could work with, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a place. She is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, honest, and truly cares about the people she works with. More than anything, she was there for me every step of the way, and I will always be grateful for that.Thank you for everything you did for me throughout this entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me buy my home, and I truly appreciate all of your time, patience, advice, and support. If you're looking for someone who will genuinely have your back and treat your home purchase as if it were her own, I can't recommend her enough.
